Graduated  Sociology and American Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She was a dancer and holds a choreographer's diploma issued by the Ministry of Culture.

2000 - 2005 manager of the Silesian Dance Theater. Being the coordinator of the International Conference of Contemporary Dance and Performance Festival, she brought to Poland for the first time many artists, teachers, and theaters, which later became an integral part of the artistic map of Poland. She coordinated productions and foreign travels of the Silesian Dance Theater

She has collaborated in the organization of International Contemporary Dance and Solo Presentation Workshops in Kalisz and International Presentations of Contemporary Dance in Kalisz and many other workshops and festivals in Poland as a coordinator and artistic consultant.

Since 2001 member of the International Leadership Development Forum - for art managers. Coordinator of the International Project "Move the Mount" Producer of the awarded duo Mochniej & Wygoda (W & M Physical dance theater) pt.:"Made in Polska - museum of imagination "

Between 2005 and 2007 she collaborated with W & M Physical Dance Theater as a tour manager and coordinator of performances as "Life is Good”.

In 2007 she was the company manager at Theater Junction at the Grand Calgary, Canada.

Her professional experience over the years earned her as manager of many business projects as a key account manager in advertising agencies, event producer, conference, film and advertising campaigns, as marketing director and creative director.
